MAILL exists to facilitate the process of interlibrary loan in Maryland libraries through the mutual sharing of ideas, concerns, procedures, and policies by professional and paraprofessional interlibrary loan personnel.

Membership in MAILL is open to all interlibrary loan personnel in Maryland, D.C., and the surrounding region. New members are added to the discussion listserv, md-ill, which is a closed list for members only.
